Q: Should I use standard ocean freight or climate-controlled reefers?

A: We normally recommend reefer containers during the hot summer months to protect heat-sensitive candy products. From October to early February, standard dry containers are generally suitable for many of our products. The final recommendation depends on the candy formula, packaging, destination, shipping route and transit time.
